Working under AJS Construct Ltd, our Diamond Dilapidations division, solely focuses on Dilapidations. Located in Baldock, Hertfordshire, we cover the Home Counties and South East areas, using a select and sought after supply chain of Contractors to provide Dilapidation and Refurbishment Services. From small retail unit fit outs to office refurbishments and large industrial unit dilapidations, we cover it all.

DG3 Warehouse
A complete Dilapidation and Strip Out of an industrial unit located in Dagenham. Previously occupied by a commercial printing company containing offices, meetings rooms and areas for large printing machines.
Intertek, Sunbury on Thames
A full dilapidation of a large industrial unit that had been developed into multiple laboratory rooms, with a mezzanine floor sustaining a large industrial plant room along with office and kitchen areas at the front of the building.
Windmill Industrial Estate
Prior to finding a new occupier, a full dilapidation, including the removal of a mezzanine floor was required to reinstate this premises back to it's original state.
