Removals
Floor to ceiling removals

​​Dilapidation works generally include the below items, all which the Diamond team can provide:
​- Site clearance and disposal services
- Removal or repair of suspended ceilings, partition walls and flooring
- Removals of kitchen, bathrooms, wet rooms inclusive of installation or refits
- Stripping out data and electrical cabling
​The Diamond team have worked on various projects where we have been required to remove large amounts of waste. To reduce waste going to landfill, we recycle, donate or sell items where possible. For clearances, we will undertake a full-scale removal to clear the property and generate an itinerary of items for selling, recycling or donating. Items of value will be sold via auction, direct sale or to our reslling partners and offer profits of sale as a rebate to the client.

Repair
Principally, dilapidations are breaches of a lease relating to the condition of the property during the term or at lease expiry. During tenancy, the property will suffer general wear and tear and likely to have had fit out interior changes made by the tenant; all of these adaptations will be listed out and costed in a ‘Schedule of Dilapidations’. These costs are submitted by the Landlord (or their Surveyor) for restoring the property back to its pre-let state.
